Pajaro Dunes is a beach paradise that's right outside the back door of the San Francisco Bay Area. One of the only gated, beachfront developments on Monterey Bay near Watsonville - about halfway between Santa Cruz and Monterey and less than an hour from San Jose and the Silicon Valley.
